"RE‧DESIGN JAPANESE KIMONO" Reinterpret Japanese clothes as street fashion. The world of VEDUTA is an apparel brand of MADE IN JAPAN where originality and diversity change the scenery of the world. It features a timely design, Japanese tradition, and functionality that suits modern lifestyles. In 2018, the designer "Masashi Watanabe" from Sado Island launched, and has many artists both in Japan and abroad as customers. It has stores in New York, Shinjuku Isetan, Azabujuban, etc. The brand name "VEDUTA" means "scenery" in Italian, and the idea is to "create a landscape where people all over the world are wearing Japanese kimono as a matter of course."
We are looking for people who want to appear in the first online fashion show held at the world heritage site "Hieizan Enryakuji". This project is promoting [SDGs]. Model experience, nationality, and gender are not required. All you need is passion. The judges will take each and every one seriously. In 1200 years of history, no one has walked Amidado as a fashion model at Enryakuji Temple on Mt. Hiei. You may be one of them.

In order to integrate with realistic street fashion, we may have a styling meeting with successful applicants in advance and bring your own innerwear, pants, shoes, sunglasses and other small items.
